4th Quarter figures are in, and Manhattan real estate is as hot as its ever been – and continuing its spread North into Harlem (where prices are up 65%) – a 2000 sq 2-bedroom apartment lists for $1.8M.

In midtown, a Columbus Circle 2700 sf condo sells for $12.5M.
