When we manage to stay on topic here at StationStops (which is rare), we generally talk about Metro-North. Quite honestly, we Connecticut folk dont know much regardin’ no high-fallutin’ futuristic ’40-year-plans for outer borough subway expansion’.

But our friends at SecondAvenue Sagas do, and they were on the scene for Elliot Sander’s ‘State of the MTA’ speech yesterday morning.

At this point I will turn things over to the all-knowing Saga.
