When we manage to stay on topic here at StationStops (which is rare), we generally talk about Metro-North. Quite honestly, we Connecticut folk dont know much regardin’ no high-fallutin’ futuristic ‘40-year-plans for outer borough subway expansion’.
But our friends at SecondAvenue Sagas do, and they were on the scene for Elliot Sander’s ‘State of the MTA’ speech yesterday morning.
