Wired’s car-focused Autopia blog has solved the funding crisis for mass transit worldwide by offering a simple 5-step plan for turning your city’s mass transit into a cash cow.
Unfortunately, most of these money-fountains are well established in NYC, and, as I sheepishly note in the comments, the whole issue is similar to taxes - its not the money thats the problem, its the spending.
