		<description>Today&#039;s compact cameras with automatically closing lenses are a godsend - but stuff happens!

Inspect the lens - if it is just dusty, just use the brush to lightly brush off the dust.

If it has a smudge (like a fingerprint), put a couple of drops of lens cleaning fluid on a lens cleaning cloth and gently wipe the lens.

Never put the lens cleaning fluid directly on the lens, and don&#039;t use paper products (paper towels, tissue, etc) to clean the lens - you want a clean, soft cloth.</description>
