Rumors are that Apple is looking to open a new store on Greenwich Avenue, in the location previously occupied by the now defunct Clearview Cinema.
Although neither Apple nor the property owner will comment, an Apple logo on submitted zoning documents and off-the-record comments from contractors seem to confirm the suspicion.
Apple likes to stay hush-hush about, well, basically everything. For some reason, this makes everything they do exciting for their fans, who are easily fascinated.

I would link to their story, but whenever I find a story from their archive search I get the following message:
“Thank you for visiting Greenwich Time. We are sorry the article that you requested is no longer available. Please search for this article in our archive search.”

Yes…. I have NO CLUE why the Advocate wants to prevent us from reading news that is over two weeks old. Rather than complaining, I should probably get off my butt and try to figure out what the deal is. Because I find it really, really annoying, and I complain about it all the time.
I respect journalists so much, so I want to give them proper credit for their articles…. but how could it possibly benefit them and us that ALL of their articles disappear from the face of the earth after a very short time?
