Here is the video released by Hartford Police of the 78-year-old man who was violently thrown into the air in a hit and run accident.
There has been a lot of shocking public reaction at the video, in that no one seems to help the man and traffic actually drives around him without stopping.
Luckily an officer happened upon the scene by chance with 90 seconds of the accident.
