Gothamist reports on this incredulous disturbing video of a NYPD officer seemingly picking a Critical Mass bicyclist at random and violently shoving him and his bicycle into the curb in front of about - oh - a thousand witnesses.

According to the AP, the officer has been stripped of his badge and gun and sent to desk duty pending investigation.
