When I was voting last week, I noticed this sign mixed in with the Obama and McCain signs outside of Greenwich Town Hall.

Unfortunately, I didn’t really READ it.

Unusually mild November weather has driven the tick population up - WAY up! My dog had one on his ear yesterday, as did my friend’s dog, and my in-laws’ cat was outside briefly and came back with 10 or so. My vet confirmed this when I stopped by yesterday to get some Advantage, which I was guilty of running out of.

It’s very easy to get behind on tick and flea control - the good stuff is very expensive, and inconveniently can only be obtained at your vets or online.
