two things that helped me quit:
1. eliminate all smoking-out-of-habit butts and only smoke when you truly want one, not because it&#039;s that time when you always light one up, like after a meal or getting out of a subway station. this might cut your consumption in half. it&#039;s a start. 
2. the night before you&#039;re to quit, not only smoke a few packs, but drink lots and lots of whiskey. do not brush teeth or even drink water before going to bed. let your foul mouth stew in its own filth. you&#039;ll be eager to only permit beneficial things entry to your piehole after that.</description>
