I spent 45 minutes with Kent this morning discussing this, and I am really impressed with how effectively communicated the complex issues and timelines involved. I’m very happy with this story and thanked Kent for doing such a great job!

My last pullquote sounds a little pretentious out of context. The point I continued to make is that I am making this battle public because I want other developers and bloggers who haven’t been through this kind of legal crap like I have to get a lawyer and fight, don’t be afraid of MTA or anyone else.
BTW, my app is $2.99 and has been for some time, but I may have the old price on my website
somewhere which is probably where Kent got that figure.
