Metro-North Conveniently ‘Skipping’ Customer Satisfaction Survey

Just when I thought Metro-North couldn’t get any more contemptuous.

Turns out that MTA is going to be converting its customer satisfaction surveys into a common format.

Conveniently, rather than just using the current customer satisfaction surveys, they are just going to NOT CONDUCT THE SURVEYS UNTIL SPRING OF 2010!

Seriously, how do they get away with this?

Source: Jim Cameron, Connecticut Rail Commuter Council, who is going to try to pull me an old copy of the survey for you…

pretty lame, I’m sure they are banking on people cooling down to the fare increases coming in Jan and hoping they have a few M-8s in service by then so that the surveys will say everything is just hunkey dorey.
