As my wife is 8 months pregnant with our first child and rides the Metro-North New Haven Line every day, this article in the New York Times City Room was relevant to me personally, and I wanted to repost it as a service to the moms out there. That, and my mom grew up in Park Slope.
My wife insists that, although the New Haven Line has typically been short of seating this season, she never has to stand on the train – someone always offers her a seat.
