There are scheduling errors in the latest release (2.9.1) of StationStops, I
apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused anyone.
Coincidentally, the few trains I checked to make sure the data file loaded
correctly were correct, but many others were not.
I am just taking time to acknowledge support emails, website, twitter
followers, and help page, and am starting work on the fix immediately.
Thanks for you patience – in the meantime, use the online MTA scheduling
app, which is linked to on the ‘links’ tab, for accurate scheduling
information.
