The railroad industry has a bad habit of referring to the victims of train accidents primarily as ‘trespassers’, most likely to dispel the idea of operator liability in the minds of survivors. It needs to end.

Metro-North was refreshingly prompt and helpful in getting me info about this issue today.
That agency is CHANGING I tell you!
Evidentially, the cancelled train was just cancelled, so there was no period where it was simply late, which Train Time would have caught.

StationStop’s New Metro-North Railroad Map

MTA does not allow third-party websites to use its Metro-North Map on their sites without paying for an expensive license agreement.
In some cases, they have even given third parties a hard time about posting their own original artwork transit maps.
So, we made our own original Metro-North map.
