Congestion Pricing Buried By State Assembly Despite Last Gasps

Apparently there was some last minute politicking to bring the Congestion Pricing initiative onto the State Assembly floor for a public vote – but to no avail – according to Elizabeth Benjamin for the Daily Politics blog at The Daily News.
