Connecticut DOT has I-95 pretty well covered with traffic cams, but the interface isn’t all that great.
Mobile|Traffic has their own page for navigation, which is better, I think.

Congestion Pricing Approved By New York City Council

Tonight at 7:30 PM (I guess they were trying to show people how late they work when we’re paying attention) the New York City Council approved the congestion pricing measure by a vote of 30-20.
The measure now goes to the state legislature, who is expected to rubber-stamp the measure.
